Shipping policy
Your Be Happy Not Snappy™ orders will be shipped to you directly from our print-on-demand partner. Usually, orders are prepared and packaged in 2 - 7 days. After the fulfillment, it will be shipped. You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. The shipping time depends on your location, but typical shipping times are 3 - 4 U.S. business days.
If your order does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time, please do the following before getting in touch with us:
- Check your shipping confirmation email. Did you give us the correct address? (If you did not give us the correct address, a new order would have to be at your expense.)
- Check with your neighbors - in case the courier left the package at a nearby home.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Check security cameras to see if the package was stolen. (Package thefts are increasing. If you are expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be there to accept it, use an address where you will be located. We do not refund or replace stolen packages.)
IF the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t at the post office or at your neighbor‘s home, get in touch with us at manager@behappynotsnappy.com with your order number. We will check our records to determine whether or not the package was delivered.
