Refund policy
Be Happy Not Snappy™ is an online store that utilizes Shopify as an e-commerce platform and we work with a reliable, high-quality print-on-demand company for the production and shipping of our products. We are not able to maintain inventory of the items we sell. They are printed - specifically for the customer - after the order is completed.
Therefore, our policy does not allow for returns or exchanges for different sizes, colors, or items. Refunds may be issued for damaged products, products with printing errors, or the sending of a product that was not ordered. These instances should rarely occur with our printing partner. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, please accept our apology and email us at manager@behappynotsnappy.com within 7 days. Attach photos of the product - clearly showing the problem. Also include your order number and any other details you have about your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
